Return & Refund Policy

1. Free Trial Before Payment

• We offer a 2-week free trial so customers can experience our classes before committing.
• During the trial, students can assess the teaching style, content, and materials.

2. Payment & Refund Policy

• Once a customer completes the free trial and proceeds with payment, no refunds will be issued.
• This ensures that students enroll only after making an informed decision.
• If a session is not delivered due to technical issues on our end, we will review the case and may issue a refund.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Customers can cancel their paid sessions up to 24 hours before the class and request a reschedule (no refund).
• Last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours) will not be eligible for rescheduling.
• If we cancel a session, we will provide a full refund or reschedule the class at the customer’s convenience.
